And they will be barred from appealing to the social security appeals tribunal about this loss of freedom over their own cash.

The Government will also:
* TAKE over Aboriginal land on five-year leases to upgrade facilities compensating traditional owners for the land use;
* END the permit system which restricts access to public roads and buildings;
* AUDIT government-funded computers to detect pornographic material, ban X-rated videos and Category 1 and 2 pornographic publications;
